This quick fix takes just a couple of minutes! Follow these easy steps to get your Med Ball back in shape.
What You Need:
- Liquid soap (Dawn dish soap works best)
- Football or basketball air valve
- Air pump
Steps to Fix Your Med Ball:
- Find the vent hole – It’s usually in or near the painted number on the ball.
- Dip the air valve in liquid soap.
- Insert the air valve into the vent hole.
- Inflate the ball slightly—just enough to see it expand a little. Do not overinflate.
- Remove the air valve.
- Bounce and roll the ball on the floor to help it regain its shape.
- Ready to use! If needed, repeat the process.
No Vent Hole? Make One!
If you can’t find a vent hole, use a sharp tool (like an ice pick, awl, or straightened paperclip).
- Dip the tool in liquid soap.
- Press it into the center of the plug and push through until you break through (about 3/16 of an inch).
